The RIN team is currently made up of five staff, based at the British Library's offices in St Pancras:
Dr Michael Jubb - Director

Michael has a long-standing background as an academic, archivist, and senior research manager. He was Deputy Chief Executive of the Arts and Humanities Research Board, where he led the organisation's transition to Research Council status, and previously Deputy Secretary of the British Academy. He was appointed RIN Director in 2005.
Stéphane Goldstein - Head of Programmes

Before joining the RIN in 2005, Stéphane spent nine years at the Medical Research Council in various policy support and external relations capacities, including a stint as the MRC's parliamentary officer. He has also worked with Research Councils UK, charged with the co-ordination of aspects of research management policy.
Ellen Collins - Research Officer

Ellen is a social researcher with a background in the cultural sector. She previously worked for MLA London, the Government policy body for museums, libraries and archives, where she managed a series of projects around the knowledge transfer agenda. She has a Masters in Research from King's College London.
