The Centre for Publishing and the School of Library, Archive and Information Studies at UCL are organising an inaugural Bloomsbury Conference on E-Publishing and E-Publications, to be held on 28?29 June 2007.

The theme for this first year is “Books and Journals: Models in Flux”, and there is an interesting array of speakers not just from the publishing community, but including Robert Kiley from the Wellcome Trust and David Prosser from SPARC Europe. I have also agreed to speak on how researchers are working in the digital environment. It promises to be an interesting event.
