Oxford University Press and Twentieth Century British History is running an essay prize, open to anyone currently registered for a higher research degree, or who completed one no earlier than October 2008.

The author of the winning essay will receive:
Publication of the winning essay in Twentieth Century British History
A cash prize of ?300
?200 worth of OUP books, and
One year’s free subscription to Twentieth Century British History
