Repository Staff and Skills Set

This is a revised version of an original Staff and Skill Set document published by SHERPA.

The original was a list of the entire set of skills, knowledge and abilities required for the development and management of a successful institutional repository. Due to requests from the community, the revised version offers a generic job description of a technical repository post. This description was developed from actual job advertisements then using advice and templates.
