The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) aims to enable its members to ensure long term access to, and management of, their digital assets. In doing this, they collaborate with their national and international partners to take forward the digital preservation and asset management agenda, and act as an agent of knowledge transfer amongst its membership.

The DPC raises awareness of the importance of the preservation of digital material and the attendant strategic, cultural and technological issues. They have established a vision to make current digital memory accessible tomorrow, and have much to contribute to policy development in this context.
