Digital Curation Centre’s Curation Reference Manual

The Data Documentation Initiative (DDI) is an effort to create an international standard for describing social science data. Expressed in XML, the DDI metadata specification now supports the entire life cycle of social science datasets, accompanying and enabling data conceptualization, collection, processing, distribution, discovery, analysis, repurposing, and archiving.

MELIBEA – a directory and validation tool on institutional OA policies

MELIBEA is a directory and validator of institutional open-access (OA) policies regarding scientific and academic work. As a directory, it describes the existing policies. As a validator, it subjects them to qualitative and quantitative analysis based on fulfilment of a set of indicators that reflect the bases of an institutional policy.

BibApp 1.0 – a campus research gateway and expert finder
